Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Zyloo, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Zyloo”, “we”, “us”). By signing in, generating an API key or sending a request through our gateway you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service

Zyloo provides an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that forwards requests to third-party AI model providers. We do not train or host the underlying models — we route, meter and bill the requests. The list of supported providers and pricing on the Models page may change without notice as upstream providers add, remove or reprice their models.

Accounts & API keys

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including all requests sent with your API keys.
• Keep your keys secret. Rotate them immediately if you suspect they have leaked.
• One person or entity per account. Sharing accounts to circumvent rate limits is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zyloo to:

• Generate content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, or designed to incite violence.
• Build malware, phishing kits, spam infrastructure or surveillance tooling targeted at private individuals.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to extract the weights of any underlying model.
• Resell, share or redistribute API access — including subscription-plan access — in a way that materially conflicts with our pricing or that of upstream providers.
• Bypass rate limits, or flood the platform with abusive or abnormally heavy automated traffic (bots, load attacks, or request patterns designed to strain the service).

Upstream providers also impose their own usage policies, which apply on top of ours. If we determine you are reselling API access or generating abusive or bot-driven request volume, we may cancel any active subscription plan without refund and suspend or permanently block your account, with or without prior notice. Violating either set of rules may result in immediate suspension.

Credits & billing

• Zyloo runs on a prepaid credit model. You top up your wallet, requests draw it down at the rate published on the Models page at request time.
• Optional subscription plans grant flat-rate access to selected models for their paid period. Crypto purchases cover a single period and never renew. Card purchases renew automatically only when you select that option at checkout; you can cancel renewal at any time from the billing portal linked on your subscription page, and access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the period has started.
• Subscriptions are for your own reasonable use. Plans used to resell access or to run abusive or bot-driven request volume may be cancelled without refund and the account blocked.
• If you enable automatic top-ups, you authorise us to charge your saved card for the amount you configured, without asking again, whenever your balance falls below the threshold you chose. You can turn it off or remove the card at any time from the Billing page.
• Cryptocurrency top-ups are non-refundable — no exceptions. Card top-ups, and top-ups made with a bank method offered at the same checkout (SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, PSE or SPEI), may be refunded for the unused remainder of the balance they added: email support@zyloo.io from your account address and we will return what is left. Subscription payments are never refundable once the period has started. If a payment does not credit your balance, email support@zyloo.io with the transaction reference and we will investigate. By continuing to use the platform you accept these refund terms.
• Pricing may change at any time as upstream providers add, remove or reprice models; the rate published on the Models page at the time of each request is the rate you are billed.

Zyloo Chat plans

Zyloo Chat (chat.zyloo.io) is billed separately from API credit. Credit in your API wallet is never spent by the chat, and a chat plan grants no API access. Each prompt counts as one request, as does each generated or edited image.

• Free — 100 chat requests and 5 image requests per week, with no card required. The counters reset at the start of each week.
• Weekly — $5 per week for unlimited chat and image requests, renewing automatically every 7 days until you cancel.
• Monthly — $15 per month for the same unlimited access. The first month is free, once per account, and the plan renews automatically every 30 days after that.
• Cancelling — cancel at any time from your chat profile page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refundable.
• Upgrading — moving from weekly to monthly is scheduled rather than immediate: you pay when you choose it, and the monthly period begins when your current weekly period ends. Plans cannot be downgraded.

Unlimited means unlimited for ordinary personal use through the interface. Automating the chat, reselling access to it or driving volume with scripts breaches the acceptable-use rules above and may lead to cancellation without refund. Prices may change with notice, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Third-party models

When you send a request, it is forwarded to the upstream provider you selected. Their terms, content policies and availability commitments apply to the request once it leaves our infrastructure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety or fitness for purpose of any model output.

Intellectual property

The Zyloo dashboard, gateway, documentation and brand are owned by Zyloo, LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks, logos or source code. The OpenAI-compatible interface is a shape we conform to — not a license to redistribute their tooling.

Your content

You retain all rights to the prompts you send and the completions you receive. We do not claim ownership over them and we do not use them to train any model. We only handle them long enough to forward the request and return the response, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Warranties & disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyloo's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Termination

You may stop using Zyloo and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access — and cancel any active subscription plan without refund — if you breach these Terms (including reselling API access or generating abusive or bot-driven request volume), expose us to legal risk, or fail to pay amounts due. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law — will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when our service or the law evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for significant changes, by email to active users. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
